Personalised Coaching

 

Our Personal Training sessions can be 30 mins or 1 hour sessions.

The sessions are what YOU want them to be;

GROUP PT (Functional Fitness)

In these classes you will warm up and mobilise over about 10-15 minutes, this will warm your muscles up for the work to come, mobilise you from what you did last, are about to do and we always target the hips and shoulder areas.

You will then you will work through 10-15 minutes of core, glute, oblique and lower back strengthening. This will help with the workout movements.

Then you finish the session with a workout, this could be anything, workouts last from between 5 mins high paced sprint workout, to a 30 min endurance workout.

Leaving after a stretch and warm down you will be fully worked.

BoxCON

A 45 minute Overall body conditioning workout incorporating boxing gloves and padding. We start with a good warm up then have  a 10 minute section working specifically on core. What follows is a high intensity workout utilising bodyweight movements and different boxing techniques. No workout is the same and it is a lot of fun

Stretch

An opportunity to relieve the hard training with a specific 30 minute all over body stretch session. Helping to lengthen the muscles that have contracted through use in workouts, will give longevity to your body.
